I love everything about Silver Palms. I appreciated the room upgrade, which was quite overwhelming. Thank you; the staff were lovely, the pool was big, and the free steam bath was a bonus—I felt relaxed, refreshed, and renewed. Everything ran smoothly, from check‑in to check‑out. Honestly, thank you is all I can say, and I recommend it to my cousins—one has already booked to enjoy all this goodness. The only downside was not knowing there was a full board option when I booked.

“Amazing property and 7 stars premises”

The property is spotless large room tastefully built and decorated. The room we had was one of those that had direct access to the pool. The Spa and the massage therapists were beyond my expectations! If I ever go back to Kilofi I wouldn't even look for a nrw hotel. Silvet palms is the one. The breakfast was a kismatch with the 5 stars rating! Everything else was more than 5 stars but the breakfast was very limited

“Absolutely delightful - one of our best breaks ever !!”

Breakfast and dinner were very good, and the only issue we mentioned to staff was the lack of papaya or mango—mango is off‑season but papaya should be more common; tea, snacks, and seafood were great, and the fruit section could use a bit more variety.

“Lovely stay, great property”

The staff were very courteous, the layout was well designed and green, the beachside pool was excellent and beautiful, and there were many vegetarian options; I requested several customized dishes and the chefs nailed them, so everything was perfect except the many flies at the restaurant, which is beyond management’s control.
