The hotel is pleasant and I appreciate the garage parking, yet the shower is tiny and the door to the shower sits directly under the shower head, which is poorly designed.

I was extremely disappointed because the room wasn't clean and the bathroom was filthy, and when I asked for a refund, nobody reached out again, so I feel like I wasted money on nothing.

Rooms were not clean. Over priced elevators over crowded we had to get off and walk upstairs
