Wonderful design, great facilities, but only stairs, need to carry luggage. Though I checked in after 4 pm the room was not ready.

The room and bathroom were nicely decorated, with a bathtub instead of a shower, and the parking spot was good though it cost €40 for 24 hours. The host who greeted us was pleasant. We were told we had to start breakfast sharply at 7 am for professional reasons, but we ended up waiting about fifteen minutes for a waitress I had to locate myself, leaving us only ten extra minutes to eat. Our waitress was far from friendly. The classic breakfast (pre‑ordered) was limited and basic, offering just one coffee per person. While I understand buffet waste can be high, this was far more restricted than I expected from this hotel.

The room was wonderful, the staff were kind and helpful, and the hotel was well connected thanks to its proximity to public transport.

Truly my favorite hotel in Brussels. It's chic and charming. I love the rooms decoration sophisticated and comfortable in an old Brussels house. Location is perfect and quiet. No 24 hours checkin - but the staff was friendly
