“Very disappointed considering the price we paid.”
The location was good. The walls were very thin, so you could hear everything—including toilets flushing, washbasin draining, and showers. Doors slammed and footsteps echoed. It’s not a place you’d want to spend much time in except for sleeping. It was also very overpriced compared to other accommodation, so I felt ripped off.
“Supero mis expectativas para bien , yo lo recomiendo , es una opción fabulosa de alojamiento en San Sebastián”
I stayed in a brand‑new room with its own bathroom and terrace, air conditioning, and the hotel offers free coffee and tea for guests. The location is fantastic, and there’s parking right in the building with an elevator link (pay 22€ per day), which is very convenient if you’re driving—just remember to book it. I definitely recommend it; given the prices around, it’s a great option! The only downside was that the coded doors were a bit inconvenient.
The communication was good and the staff were flexible with check‑in times. However, the air conditioner blew directly onto the bed, and the coffee machine was in the common area instead of in the room; it also wasn’t refilled properly with water, cups, or the drip tray. As a result, for two of the four nights we couldn’t get coffee downstairs, and the staff didn’t call us to fix it—something I’d rather not deal with in the morning.
“Een slechte prijs/kwaliteitverhouding.”
The location is close to the center. There is barely any daylight in the room. The entire pension feels a bit like a cell block. There were no coffee and tea facilities in the room; they were only available at the reception. After a urgent request, a kettle was provided. Parking spots are available at the pension, but they must be paid for at €22 per night.
“Great location”
Functional, clean, and tidy. Great location for walking around town.
