Paradise Resort Phi Phi

I really enjoyed my stay here. I stayed in the cheapest cabin, but it had everything I needed, and the room was cleaned every day. The location is absolutely amazing — right on one of the most beautiful beaches on Phi Phi, with lots of trees and shaded places to relax. The Wi-Fi was very stable, which was a big plus as I needed to work. The restaurant also had pretty good food. You can walk to the town in about 20 minutes. On the way back, especially after dark, I recommend taking a longtail boat for 150 baht. I always managed to find a boat, even when I was alone — sometimes you just have to wait for other passengers, but it was never a problem. Personally, I didn’t enjoy the town very much, so I was actually very happy to stay on Long Beach for the whole week. The only thing that could be improved is the towels, which were a little old. Otherwise, I had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this place

“Absolutely beautiful stay, a very relaxing place by the beach to chill out on the hammocks and soak up the paradise your”

The location was brilliant. A few steps to the beach with beautiful scenery, restuarant was good, massages were amazing. Air con didn’t work night 1, reported this and they moved us room for the second night which was fine. No problem. However, for the money you pay, a resolution wasn’t offered to compensate for no sleep in the heat on the first night and then requested payment for a slice of cheese during breakfast! This was very frustrating, I explained it’s not a problem asking for payment for a slice of cheese but when I paid good money for the room and didn’t get the service, I do expect something back in return. They resolved it and refunded half of the first night costs

“Nice staff, decent hotel and amazing beach.”

The beach which was a 1 min walk from my room was beautiful, the rooms were decent- I was happy the tv had Netflix. The food from the hotel cafe/restaurant was decent. The staff were really friendly. The location especially on the first day was a headache- the boat wouldn’t take us all the way to our beach so we had to walk through a bit of the jungle with our suitcase which doesn’t sound terrible but after a day of travelling it was really tiring. The rooms, especially the bathrooms could do with a bit of a refresh

“Bon séjour dans l ensemble dans un hôtel qui mérite un petit rafraîchissement”

The hotel has a wonderful location and very pleasant staff (a few more smiles from the young front‑desk lady would be nice). The rooms are fairly well equipped and spacious. The restaurant is excellent, and the small shop does a good job. The hotel provides free beach towels. I highly recommend the massages. The photos don’t match reality at all. The surroundings aren’t as well maintained as the dated photos suggest. The facilities are a bit old‑fashioned (faucets). The price is a bit high for the overall service.

“Fantastico”

I returned after a year mainly for the resort’s strategic location, fantastic view, and excellent proximity to Loo Moo Dee Beach—probably the best of the Phi Phi beaches, just a few minutes away on the opposite east side. The sea‑front rooms are recommended, and for dinner besides the on‑site restaurant there’s also a convenient restaurant just a few dozen meters away. I would suggest a wider variety of breakfast options.
