“Estafa cambio de hotel”

It’s a scam. When we arrived, the hotel staff told us there were two hotels with the same name and that we had been mistaken, but that they would escort us to the correct one. That was a lie from the start; my reservation clearly listed the hotel name and correct address. We were taken to a different hotel, walking 20 minutes down the road. That hotel had a different name and they asked us to cancel the Booking reservation for the hotel we had originally booked. They never admitted they were deceiving us or that they had taken us to a different hotel; they just said we had made a mistake. My reservation included breakfast, but we never got it because the chef was on vacation and they didn’t refund the breakfast money – we lost it. At night it’s impossible to sleep; the receptionists talk loudly, play music, and smoke at the front desk. The room was never cleaned. When we got to the room there were no towels or toilet paper, and we had to ask for them and they took a long time to bring them. We were cheated.

The stay was excellent, the place beautiful and spotless, the air‑conditioning superb, and the bathroom brand new.

Cleanliness, care, and excellent management. The staff at the reception and in service are really kind. The hotel is worth staying in when you want to be in the heart of Cairo, in the city center, and it deserves to expand its rooms, floors, and invest more. The services are very suitable for the price offered, and we always hope for further development because the management is successful.
