The location between the station and the centre was good. The hotel badly needs investment. The shower was unusable—too old and would have been impossible to maintain. The room, corridors and reception were in poor condition and badly needed investment. The staff were overworked.

I arrived really late and they let me check in at midnight, which was very kind. The property is really close to the train station, which was very convenient. Everything was great!

The staff were very friendly, I only saw the receptionists. The location is 5 minutes from the station. The building was very shabby, old. The room was very small and old. For me everything was at a minimum level.

No breakfast, it was arranged that way. Original furniture, the bed was good for sleeping, a night light was available. A shower door was broken, but it was fine as a way to rinse quickly. It would have been useful to have a kettle in the room so I could boil tea for my own bottle.

This is a simple pensione‑style hotel convenient for the train station and buses. Fine for a stopover in Bari.
