The place was very pretty and Reine’s welcome was excellent. It was a shame that, on a site like this, the maintenance was lacking: the TV didn’t work, the room lights didn’t turn on, tiles were peeling in the bathroom, the trash wasn’t emptied, and the evening meal had charred meat.

I loved how large and roomy it was, and the scenery was beautiful, especially for photos. I would have preferred halal meat to be served separately to avoid cross‑contamination.

The accommodation looked nice and the breakfast was generous and tasty. However, the hotel clearly needs refurbishment: the toilet was clogged, the tap dripped, and everything felt a bit worn out. The bathtub had a stone lining. We paid for a massage and a hammam, but they spent half an hour trying to figure out where to put it, and then performed the hammam in a cold room, which was awful; my girlfriend kept shivering because they apparently didn’t have time to prepare the room, which was also quite old-fashioned. No staff member spoke English, only French, which left us very frustrated. It was a shame! We waited about an hour for dinner, many items were missing, and we had to finish the meal in a half‑dark room while we looked at the menu on our phones, so overall it didn’t satisfy us. The hotel would be great if they paid attention to these details. Someone should speak English!
