Everything was perfect. We used to camp at the Palacio when our kids were young, and this time just the two of us stayed in the hotel for the first time and it was fantastic. Even though it was low season and the Palacio’s own restaurant was closed, an excellent restaurant opened 5 minutes away.

Good breakfast and a quiet area. In September everything else was closed except the hotel itself, so the facilities weren’t needed anyway. The beach is a short walk away. It might help to set up a parking zone so visitors don’t bother the residents of Pría with their cars, because we can be quite demanding and think we can park wherever we want.

The location was close to several beautiful sights, but the outdoor pool lacked a swim cap, and the rooms were noisy because of the nearby campsite.

The building itself was fine, but the place is a campsite with a hotel building next to it and the reception is in the campsite. We had trouble with the room air‑conditioners and bathtubs, the pool bar’s food was mediocre with bad pizza and a very rigid menu, and the staff were not particularly friendly.
