The shower, swimming pool, room and food were mostly fine, but I was robbed by a staff member of 300,000.

Just like my other two stays this year, it was good, but since my last visit in June some things changed: there is less coffee, creamer and sugar available, yogurt isn't offered daily at breakfast, some dishes were less tasty than before, so there's still room for improvement. Also I'm still waiting for the birthday video from the Guest Relations Manager.

I’ve tried many hotels in Kampala at the same price point and this one outshines them all—from the staff to the room. I’ve become a regular. Clean rooms, full Intercontinental breakfast, very friendly staff, quiet stay, central location. Unfortunately no bathtubs in the rooms, but that’s just my preference. It’s quite pricey per day and there are no seasonal price drops, but that’s the same for all Kampala hotels.
