Hotel Leão da Montanha

“Tudo muito gostoso, acomodação, hotel, cafe, internet, recepção, estão todos de parabéns”

Everything was very comfortable, organized, clean, with housekeeping and kitchen staff super polite and attentive. I needed to stay a bit longer and the reception staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Everything was perfect, but unfortunately the lovely, heated pool was under renovation. There is nothing to dislike about this establishment.

“Boa, mas eles poderiam informar dessas taxas adicionais no check in pelo site, para gente não se sentir constrangido e”

I thought everything was clean, organized, and the staff were attentive, but they added two extra fees at the end of the stay—one for cleaning and another for staff. Even though the payment wasn’t mandatory, it made me feel uncomfortable; they should have mentioned the extra charge on the website so guests knew they’d pay more at checkout. Since I had already paid the nightly rate online and only found out at the hotel that I had to pay these two fees upon check‑out, the trip ended up costing more than I expected.
