The hotel itself is very good and well‑located; the rooms are small but cozy. The bathroom was a problem—the drain wouldn’t let water out and it turned into a pool in the shower box. The reception staff were terrible and need to improve customer service. Breakfast ran out of items and they didn’t restock them; it was weak.
