The location is what really sets this hotel apart; it’s in the heart of tourist spots and restaurants and close to the tram station, plus the staff are very kind and cooperative. The room was on the fourth floor with only a narrow staircase, no elevator. I didn’t have breakfast even though it was included, so I can’t rate it. I wasn’t happy with the cleanliness; the cooling unit had mold and I told reception, explaining that the air released was moldy. The TV didn’t work, the internet was bad, and the reception staff offered to use his own internet because he said the internet in the area is generally poor.

The location was good. The cleanliness of the room wasn’t great, there was no elevator, and breakfast was very basic.

“Nika otel”

We liked how close it was to everything—mosques, transport, and the area was quiet with no noise. The staff, especially the Spanish-speaking guy and the English-speaking one, were very kind and helped us with everything they said. The only downside was breakfast; it could have been better in both quality and quantity because some items were in poor condition or scarce, though the lady there was friendly and made us a tortilla almost every day.
