The room was old and didn’t match the deluxe upper‑floor description; the bathroom ventilation was noisy all night, and I couldn’t turn on the bedside lamp without both lamps lighting up, which was annoying if one guest wanted to read quietly; the photos on the site were misleading, and I was very disappointed.

The location was great, but getting there with luggage was hard because of city driving restrictions, and the parking lot was far away.

The location was perfect, and the front desk staff were very nice and helpful; breakfast was okay, but the eggs were cold. I was upset about the room’s odor, the bathroom drains were very slow, and the shower would fill and the sink would not drain properly, which shouldn’t happen.

The spot was ideal, the room was pleasant with a small balcony, and the breakfast was standard; customer service was average, with only one person at the front desk at 22:00, the hotel door left wide open, no bottle in the fridge, no parking, and the suggested parking was far away at €20 per day.
