“Great hotel for a pre cruise stopover”

Great location for a stay before a cruise. The breakfast tin, fridge drinks, coffee and tea sachets were all excellent. And a nice little fridge magnet! Staff were really friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus service for 10 euro each to the cruise terminal was well worth it thank you. The bed was squeaky resulting in a not great sleep unfortunately, and even with the black out curtains the light from the outside hallway onto room kept waking us up too

“Valeu a pena ficar ali hospedado.”

We were greeted by Mr. Francesco and his wife, who were very friendly and helpful. He even took us to the Civitavecchia port the next day because we were catching a cruise. The room was very clean with a good private bathroom. Breakfast was good, offering juices, soda, water, beer, and simple snacks. The bathrooms had toothbrushes and toothpaste. He explained everything clearly about the room, the keys, and the city itself, making him an excellent host. Unfortunately, my room had no windows facing the outside, but it was still worth staying for a day.

“Kort maar kon goed uitrusten”

Het was centraal en de kamer was schoon, goed geholpen. We waren 1 dag later i.v.m. vertraging goed opgevangen en jammer dat we niet echt hebben kunnen genieten van onze verblijf daar. Kamers zijn wel klein maar ziet er goed uit, de lift denk ik is wel aan vervangen toe

Так как заед был поздний, с нами сразу же связались,нас дождались, встретили, все прекрасно объяснили, поселили, дали даже приятный подарочек - сувенир.,предложили помощь если необходима.Хозяин был очень приятным и дружеблюбным.Номер был как в пятизвездочном отеле на высшем уровне.Думаю многим дорогостоящим отелям необходимо получится у этого хозяина сервису.Дочь сказала, что если еще раз сюда приедем, то только здесь будем останавливаться.Нам все очень понравилось.И расположение просто идеальное, все необходимое, общественный транспорт, магазины, рестораны, порт,железнодорожная станция, прекрасная набережная расположено очень близко.Если будем в Чивитавеккия, обязательно остановимся именно здесь
