“Clean,.spacious, great location”

The room was very clean, spacious, with large comfortable beds and great views, and the location was excellent—just a short walk to the train station and public transport into town. The bar and restaurant were nice, and the staff were friendly. This was our second stay with the hotel and we really appreciate the quality. However, our room was on the 8th floor near the lift/stairs exit, so the door would slam every time someone passed, which was a bit disruptive; we suggest requesting a room farther from the lift/stairs.

The location is close to the metro and train station with several markets nearby. The hotel service was lacking: the air conditioning stopped working on the third day, I complained, they promised to fix it, but they never did and only gave me a fan.

The rent and staff were very pleasant, and breakfast was tasty. The only downside was the lack of proper air conditioning; in October it was 28‑30 degrees inside, and nowadays most hotels have smart TVs in the rooms.
