“Good , affordable , comfortable stay close to Bharatpur sanctuary”
We were really looking for a charming hotel close to the Bhratpur sanctuary gate with basic facilities and cleanliness for our birding trip, and this place hit the spot in every way. The food was good, the service was personalized, and the staff were friendly - everything we needed was taken care of. There were a few tiny issues, like a wonky fan or a dodgy bolt, but we glossed over them given the fantastic service and location.
The staff at this hotel were really friendly and helpful, always trying to find me cheap transport and making sure I had everything I needed. Plus, it's literally next to Keoladeo Natural Park, which was a big draw for me. The food and drink prices in the hotel were pretty good too.
Honestly, this place was a bit of a letdown - it wasn't very clean and the location was pretty inconvenient. That's about my only complaint, but it was a big one.
“Our experience was not up to the mark”
We were caught off guard to find the kitchen closed from 12 PM to 4 PM - pretty unusual for a hotel, especially when most guests are likely to want lunch around 2 PM. It was a bit of a hassle, but we hope the hotel will consider changing this and communicating better with future guests.
“Generous stay with low budget with same facilities”
The hotel's proximity to the National Park was a big plus - it's just a 10-minute walk. The price was reasonable too, around 1300-1400 rupees per night, which is a good deal if you don't need an invoice. However, we did have some issues - they charged us 30 rupees for a water bottle, which seemed steep, and it took a while to get a blower for our room despite promising to arrange it quickly. The tea was also a letdown - no ginger or elaichi, and it cost 40 rupees, which didn't seem worth it.
