I know that Minas Gerais hospitality we always hear about, so I think it should be renamed “Aline hospitality”! Aline is the owner and every morning at breakfast she greets us with a smile, asking how our day was, how we spent the night, and the conversation just flows—before we know it we’re talking about family and everyday stuff. Speaking of breakfast, that Minas coffee you’re thinking of? That’s exactly what you’ll find there! Everything comes from her backyard or is made by her and Mônica. Mônica’s magical hands in the kitchen make our breakfast shine. This is my fifth time in Tiradentes and we’ve never been welcomed so warmly as at this inn. We said goodbye, “see you next year.”
