“Hotel mit eigenartigen Charme”
We were greeted very warmly and competently by the receptionist. The breakfast buffet was very varied. We had a spacious room. The hotel is located in a national park. The hotel feels too large, everything is very spread out. At dinner we were the only ones in the huge restaurant. The restaurant staff spoke only Turkish, the menu is only available online, the English translation is very incomplete, many dishes or ingredients are not translated. This caused communication problems. It seemed like the staff didn’t really know what their job was. In the room there was an old cigarette smell, which we found especially disgusting as non‑smokers. The ceiling light and the mirror lighting in the bathroom didn’t work. The shower head was quite calcified, the shower head holder was broken. Overall everything feels a bit dated.
