I was happy with the location near the station and bus stop, but the rooms were dirty, the washroom was unclean, and there was no service at all.

Location wise, it was at good spot. Rooms were smelly, filthy. Had cockroaches and bugs. Mattress was hard, old and smelly. Bedsheet and blanlet cover awas torn. Took extra money than quoted by booking .com There was no continental breakfast, infact there wasn't any breakfast at all. On complaining about breakfast they brought 1 breakfast item from outside

Das Personal war sehr bemüht, aber die Englischkenntnisse waren nur unzureichend. Das Zimmer lag im ersten Stock, Warmwasser gab es nur im sechsten Stock, da gab es aber keine Hotelzimmer. Die Matratze war extrem hart, das Frühstück im benachbarten Café hatte nur ein begrenztes Angebot, und das Hotel heißt jetzt Shanty Inn; der andere Name steht ganz oben und ist von unten nicht sichtbar, daher ist es nicht leicht zu finden.

“Not stay without pre payemnt”

I had a terrible experience at this hotel, which started when the staff told me that my booking wasn't confirmed because I hadn't made a prepayment. However, I had checked and there was no mention of prepayment required. This lack of communication left me stranded, and I had to look for another place to stay. The hotel staff seemed unhelpful, insisting that I needed to cancel my booking from my end, even though I had done nothing wrong.
