“Spontaneous weekend”
The location by the sea is great. The bathroom had a bit of a smell.

Access to the beach is very easy, it’s literally next to the hotel. I have nothing to add in general, but the breakfast is repetitive; there’s room for improvement there.

Absolutely, beyond expectations. It’s not a two‑star place, and in some places it could even be a four‑star. The homemade desserts are exceptional, the breakfast buffet is a showstopper, and the location is outstanding and strategic. The rooms are spotless, not large, but they’re perfect for a good night’s sleep. The only regret is that the parking is a bit far.

I rarely write reviews, but this place deserves one. Thanks to Simona and Paolo for an amazing summer stay at this little hotel. The location is perfect – right on the first shoreline, on a quiet street with almost no traffic, only a few big cars. Just 200 m away, parallel to the road, is a street with traffic where four buses run and you can easily walk into the center of Rimini. A Coop supermarket with food, sliced prosciutto and other items is also close, which was handy for breakfast. Nearby is a lovely café that serves wood‑oven pizza, has a friendly pizzaiolo, and offers seafood dishes. It’s not the center, but everything needed for a relaxing stay is nearby. Breakfasts are great, not just the “Italian sweet table”; there were also omelets with bacon, nuggets, yogurts, a few fruits, several kinds of flakes and muesli. The sweet table itself is a masterpiece, and I was amazed that the owner, Simona, makes all those desserts herself – a real honor. For an extra fee, a mini‑fridge was booked in the room. Thank you, Simona and Paolo, for such a heartfelt place! The only downside: make the fridge a mandatory option included in the price.

The location is excellent, right by the beach. The hotel is okay, but the terrace is a little shabby.
