“After driving for 10 hours, all I really needed was a clean quiet room to sleep in, but you failed.”
We checked in at 11 PM, showered, and settled by midnight, yet neither my husband nor I could sleep. The refrigerator rattled loudly and the air‑conditioning unit was extremely noisy. I told the front‑desk staff at 6 AM, but he had zero sympathy and basically told us we should’ve told him earlier. The room was very dirty overall.
“Good overnight quick stop”
It made a nice little pit stop between Oklahoma and Farmington, NM. The bathroom in the room could have been cleaner, and the breakfast offered nothing special.
