Silvio was absolutely the best staff member we dealt with – friendly, helpful, and always with a smile. The only thing that left me wishing was that he didn’t walk us to the airport, because I’d have loved to keep chatting a bit longer. All in all, his service made the stay feel personal and pleasant.
