The hotel is nice, but when I checked in I reported that my toilet did not flush and was told nothing could be done until the next day, which was the day I was checking out, so I was unhappy not having a functioning toilet during my stay.

The setting was gorgeous and the historic building was stunning; the pillows were awful and the bed itself was not very comfortable.

The spot was convenient and the staff were friendly, even though it was busy; however, the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed and the bathroom floor wasn’t cleaned, so the room felt unprepared and made my partner uneasy.
