The service moved at a very slow pace, but everything else was fine.
Everything was perfect.
“Amazing weekend stay 🤍”
Everything was wonderful 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 and there was nothing to complain about.
We celebrated our anniversary and the staff were incredibly friendly, giving us gifts and arranging everything for us; the only hiccup was a delay at check‑in, though they did let us out on time at check‑out.
“A great stay with excellent service and technology.”
I really liked the in‑room iPad that made it simple to contact staff and place requests; the staff were quick and helpful, housekeeping did a great job, security was professional and polite, and the location was spot on. The downside was that my room and the steamer I asked for weren’t ready after 3 pm, so I had to wait about 30 minutes; the hallway was a bit noisy, a few tea cups and stands were not clean enough, and the lobby and valet can get very crowded on weekends.
