The only redeeming aspect of my stay was nonexistent. On the other hand, my encounter with a particular check-in staff member, distinguishable by his white hair and goatee, was thoroughly disappointing. This tall individual's demeanor was abrasive, discourteous, and unbecoming of a hospitality professional, making the check-in process unnecessarily arduous. In contrast, my interactions with the remaining staff were uneventful and satisfactory.
