“A Warm Stay in the Heart of Svaneti”

I spent a couple of nights at Becho House in Svaneti, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The food was a real highlight, dinner (40 GEL) came with a generous variety of dishes plus coffee and tea, and breakfast (35 GEL) was fresh and delicious, especially the corn with cheese. Great value for the quality and quantity. The seven rooms shared three bathrooms, but this was never an issue. They were kept spotlessly clean throughout my stay. A special mention goes to Batu, the resident dog, whose friendly greeting added a lovely, homely touch to the trip. Overall, a genuinely welcoming stay with excellent home‑cooked food in a peaceful mountain setting. Highly recommended.

The most relaxing getaway lately – the staff were incredibly welcoming, everything was spotless and the food was delicious. Driving in was a breeze, with Mestiya and other regional attractions nearby. The area is quiet; you can hear the river, hear birds singing, and smell the forest – it’s stunning. I spent a day on the veranda, where a power outlet and comfy chairs face the mountain view. I’d recommend this place to anyone tired of the city and craving a cozy retreat.

“Perfect stay in Svaneti”

The location is spectacular in the heart of Svaneti, the homemade food (especially the Kubdari) was amazing, and the hosts treated us like family instead of paying guests; I’m already planning my next visit.

“Superb!”

We absolutely loved staying here and even asked to extend our stay. The owners are extremely kind and will do everything to make you feel at home. Grandma’s food is DELICIOUS, and their dog is a good boy who loves cuddles. The rooms are clean, fully equipped, and they even washed our clothes. The shared bathrooms and toilets are tidy, and the large terrace offers a beautiful view of Ushba. We would definitely stay again if we return to Georgia.
