The rooms were good, the breakfast was great, and the staff were nice, but there was no river view from the room and the hotel is a bit far from the original resort.

One word: fantastic! The place was super clean, comfortable, and luxurious. The hotel sits next to the Ramada resort, and you can walk in 2 minutes to their restaurants and pool. The staff were incredibly welcoming and the breakfast was delicious. In the restaurant we were helped by Aloy, a helpful, friendly guy. Highly recommended if you want to relax.

The facilities and the staff were excellent, and I especially want to thank Mr. Thomson for his outstanding customer service. Everything was quite good.

Very good, but there were no facilities here even though 5‑star amenities are available at Ramadan for guests staying at this location.
