“Relajación y paseos”
The Suite was very spacious, the buffet food was well cooked, the thermal pool and circuit were perfect, and parking was free.

The breakfast was very complete and offered a wide opening time, but the room furniture could use some improvement.

The place was clean, yet it looked nothing like the pictures and it didn't smell good.

The surroundings were nice, but there was a lack of qualified staff to book spa services. On the day we arrived we waited an hour and a half trying to book the thermal circuit, and we couldn’t get it until the next day. The bathroom smelled like pipes due to poor sanitation. The hotel reception tried to charge us for the thermal circuit services and two caps, even though the circuit had already been paid for that day and the caps were ours. The cafeteria was huge but had no menu, tapas, or anything besides frozen pizzas, potato bags, and industrial muffins. Anyone wanting a daily menu had to eat in a large room that felt like a college dorm.

We liked the area where the hotel is located. Breakfast was good, especially the eggs and tuna, but the bread was not very good. We liked the pool slide. The room had no air‑conditioning. Breakfast had no set tables, but that didn’t cause trouble (just had to grab the dishes and utensils “without dropping a hand”). The most revealing issue was the pool access, which forced us to go up and down many stairs and pass through the bar. On the other hand, there were no lounge chairs available.
