Four Points by Sheraton Chengdu

I really liked how the room was set up! The breakfast selection was a bit limited and ordinary.

“A Pleasant Stay Marred by Misleading Location”

The hotel offered a generally pleasant experience, with friendly staff and decent breakfast options, although its location was somewhat misleading and caused inconvenience.

“Good but inaccurate location.”

Everything about the hotel was good, including the staff. The breakfast spread wasn’t all that but it was decent. The location was far from where I actually needed to be. I chose the hotel because it was supposed to be a 12‑minute walk to my destination, but it turned out to be over 25 minutes. If I had known this before, I would have picked a hotel closer to my destination.

“清潔感あり快適なホテル”

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its clean and well-appointed rooms, complete with a comfortable work desk, ample storage space, and a luxurious bathroom. The amenities were also generous, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like toothbrushes and toothpaste. However, there were a few minor issues that could be improved, such as a leaky shower and a malfunctioning mini-fridge.

“Above and beyond”

The hotel offers a unique blend of modern convenience and traditional hospitality, with some areas still in the process of fine-tuning their services. While the automation features were a highlight, the spa experience was marred by the staff's inexperience. Overall, the hotel's potential is evident, but it requires some refinement to meet its full promise.
