The place is amazing. We stayed in the Chalé Lilás, and there was no better choice. We traveled with a pet, and the fact that the chalet has a private yard made a lot of convenience. The location, the pool, the restaurant are all impeccable. We liked it and would come back. Some details could improve, like breakfast and internet connection (but that seems to be a city-wide issue on holidays, so not the hotel’s sole fault). Regarding breakfast, kitchen utensils such as plates and cutlery run out and there is a long delay to restock, as well as the food; it’s a one-off issue, but having to ask for plates and food repeatedly is something that can easily be avoided.
