The host was really on top of everything – messages were answered fast and she gave clear directions. Nothing else to complain about, so the stay was smooth.

The night staff was genuinely friendly and sorted out what I needed right away, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the room I got was a mess – the bathroom still had leftover waste, the floor was dirty, and there was only a tiny towel with no blanket. The mattress was rock‑hard, and breakfast was a hassle: you had to line up at the cash desk, and they served people who arrived after us first.

The hotel's location is spot‑on for getting around, but the room itself left a lot to be desired. The bed was stiff, the pillow uncomfortable, and there was no daily housekeeping; we even lacked a place to hang hand towels and any shampoo or conditioner. No hair dryer either, and breakfast was pretty basic with staff seeming indifferent.
