Clean rooms with all the comforts, the size is just right, internet is great, and the owner is attentive and helpful. The only thing I’d tweak is a slightly bigger TV.

We stayed two nights while visiting Oltremare. The place is beautiful, tucked in greenery and close to all Riccione sights. The room was spacious, very clean, and had a private bathroom. The mosquito nets were excellent and essential. Roger is a wonderful host. We didn’t use the breakfast deal, but the recommended bar is great; having breakfast on site would definitely be a big plus. The room lacked air conditioning; we were lucky the heat wasn’t too intense, but in hotter summer weeks the ventilation might not keep the rooms cool enough. Overall, minor issues: the place is outstanding!

A nice property surrounded by greenery, friendly staff, and excellent mosquito nets. I would have preferred breakfast at the hotel rather than the affiliated nearby bar.
