The room was super comfortable, with a bed and a bathtub in the suite. They accommodated me well… The fact that I couldn’t bring food into the hotel and there was no parking forced me to pay for parking elsewhere.

The room was solid – really comfortable and spotless – and the pools, while basic, were tidy and well‑kept. Unfortunately, the front desk staff were downright rude from the moment we walked in and never answered any of my questions. The bar crew were constantly grumpy, and I heard other guests complain about the same attitude.

The place looked nice, was clean and felt comfortable enough for a short stay. The downside was that there were no towels provided and we ran short on blankets for the number of guests.

I’ve been to Caldas before and this hotel is still a solid choice – it’s right in the middle of everything, so we never needed a car and Uber got us to Hot Park without a hitch. The on‑site restaurant is worth the extra cost; the buffet had a good variety, the food was fresh and tasty. On the flip side, the shower in room 523 was clogged and sprayed water in two directions, and the bathroom had no ventilation at all.

The only thing worth mentioning is how clean everything was; the housekeeping really kept the place spotless.
