I’m in a spot that’s easy to get around from most places, it’s quiet and there’s parking right next to the hotel. The breakfast selection felt a bit thin, the utensils in the rooms weren’t clean, and I had to ask in the lobby for water bottles because none were in the room.

Everything was excellent, except the room heater fan was too loud and it was hard to regulate the temperature.

I liked the complimentary breakfast; it was very basic but exactly what we needed to start the day. The staff were friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. When we were at the pool, a terrible sewer smell wafted throughout the area, making it unpleasant to be near the pool.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The property itself was lovely, and the customer service was excellent, with a few hiccups. It took me about an hour and a half to check in due to technical issues, and getting a refund for my incidental fees took some time. However, the manager eventually made things right, and I appreciated their efforts.
