“Sauber und das Bett war angenehm”
The neighborhood is very nice and not far from the center. Unfortunately, the bathroom really needs a renovation, and hooks for hanging are missing.
After checking in more than 24 hours in advance, we were stuck outside for 30 minutes at 10 pm without an entry code. We called the customer support number three times with no success; the WhatsApp support was very slow and did not resolve the situation, and it is regrettable that we did not have access even though we complied with everything requested and they did not verify our data in time. Moreover, I had to speak in English on WhatsApp and in Spanish on the phone. Regrettable. I will not repeat it.

I was led to believe this was a hotel, but it turned out to be a house that had been split into separate units, and they had to evict families to do so.
I did not like anything, it was a fraud! The apartment did not exist! I was charged 90 € because it was non‑refundable and I was not given any accommodation. The customer support line is a joke, it helps in no way and shows no knowledge of their facilities. In short, Rainbow Suites by Olala Home should not be available on booking because it is a fraud and only steals money from customers. I did not like everything! Rainbow Suites by Olala Home is a fraud, I arrived at the location to enter my paid accommodation of 90 € and it did not exist. A fraud! I was completely scammed! Booking should remove it from its agency because it destroys its credibility, considering agencies that are fraudulent.
“Need a lots of improvement/solo traveller”
The nearby beach is a plus. There is no light on the stairwell, so you have to use your phone’s flashlight to enter the pin code in the dark. No front door light. The bed headboard is stained as if there were bed bugs, with a black mark still visible. The toilet/shower smells like sewage when opened after being closed for a while. There is no mug for coffee or tea, no microwave to heat food. The toilet/shower window, washbasin, and surrounding area are filthy with black stains. The front door entrance is very dangerous with broken bricks. There is no soundproofing, so you can clearly hear when your next‑door neighbors are making out.
