Everything was fine: the décor, the dining atmosphere, the staff’s friendliness. The bungalow room was great! I’d recommend it.

A perfect little oasis in northwest Bali. We stayed in the Wooden House, which was private, clean, and comfortable. I loved showering under the stars, the bed was super cozy, and the morning room service was a highlight. The food was delicious, and it was great to access the sister hotel’s facilities—pools with great views, restaurants, gym, etc. However, the Wooden House advertised a garden view, but the actual view was partially of the reef restoration hut—so the photos/description were a bit misleading. The extra‑cost facilities (billiards, paddle) seemed a bit crazy given the stay price. Also, the gym photos next to Mangroove are deceptive because it’s owned by a different company and not included.

“No en habitación compartida”

It offers many services like the pool or gym, but you have to pay for everything and it’s not cheap. The shared rooms have mattresses that sink and you get stuck in the metal bars. The smell of damp is overwhelming, and it isn’t clean.

The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, but the mat was titled and I was pushed toward one side of the bed.

“A little corner of paradise in Suberkima”

The property is incredibly well curated, with a perfect touch of style, great friendly staff, and other good services like a pristine pool, paddle court, gym and good restaurant. There’s a useful shuttle to Suberkima Hills if you want to enjoy massage and a great partnership with local NGO Metamorfosa if you want to enjoy coral restoration and other water activities. Nothing to report.
