The price was reasonable and Frederico was very friendly through WhatsApp, but the mattress was terrible—felt like springs were poking out and it was too soft. The room wasn’t clean at all; the floor was polished with a French technique but the bathroom was full of limescale, so it wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. The air‑conditioning didn’t work as intended.
