“Not my best.”
Did ot ear there. Room smelled like carpet cleaner, but that stuff does not work
First front desk associate was very nice and helpful. Even offed a refund when she wasn't to obtain a rollaway bed. Second associate flat refused to commandate and was rude. I reserved a rollaway days ahead of time. When oppon arrival it was in another room front desk was going to locate it and if not was going make a refund. Second front desk am said he was not going to refund the room and the roll away was given to another room after I requested
“Never made it was to far away from my destination even tho said it was only 5 miles”
The location was wrong. Said 5 miles from what I put in for location. Was the 1st place that came up on the site. It was 50 mile drive around a lake to get to it. Never made it to the hotel. Was too far away. The distance from my search location could have been correct
The beds were great, very comfortable!
“Not god”
Location. The people drinking and smoking pot in parking lot . Employees sitting on counter top . A clearly on drugs sitting in lobby . Ice machine broken . Etc
