I was impressed by how attentive the front‑desk staff were, but their insistence on asking me everything ended up ruining the experience. After an all‑night bus ride, we arrived exhausted and asked if we could check in early to rest and shower since the room was free. The manager told us we’d have to pay for a full night even though the room was available. We begged to at least use the room for a short time to shower, but she left us hanging in the lounge with our luggage, offering no solution and we barely slept there. Her demeanor throughout was unpleasant, and the lack of empathy made the whole visit feel very unwelcoming, especially after such a long trip.
