I loved the view of the Tatras, the meals, the dining‑room setup and the décor, and the building’s exterior is very nicely arranged, yet the wooden floor on the terrace was rotten and flexed badly, there was a dead bird on the second balcony and we couldn’t get to that balcony at all.

The guesthouse sits in a beautiful spot with mountain views and makes a perfect base, offers plenty of parking, the staff are very friendly, the room was cleaned every day with towels changed whenever needed, the food was delicious with a wide selection, so I’d recommend it, but the broken boards on the terrace/balcony need to be replaced because they’re a safety hazard.

The room, the view, the location and the food were all great, although the price for the spa area felt quite high, especially since it’s a shared facility.

The view was stunning, the staff were very friendly and helpful, everything stayed clean and pleasant, the coffee corner was open 24 hours, breakfasts and dinners were tasty and varied, but the balcony was non‑smoking.
