The rooms are very clean and well equipped, and check‑in and check‑out went smoothly. The location is very central, but it sits between the train and bus stations, which brings a lot of unpleasant crowds around. No incidents or truly uncomfortable situations occurred.

The hotel is close to the city centre and public transport. However, it sits in a somewhat busy area, which turned out to be more uncomfortable than expected. Inside the room, the noise was intense – you could hear other guests outside the door, and the hallway had two large doors that slammed loudly, almost shaking the room. Consequently, we had three nights with very disrupted sleep due to frequent awakenings from the noise. As shown in the photo, there were huge cracks between the wall and floor, letting light and sound through.

“Perfekter Aufenthalt in Hamburg”

The location is perfect for a Hansa Theatre visit – just a 3‑minute walk. The staff were very courteous, and the breakfast was excellent, with both European and oriental dishes that were delicious. The rooms were comfortable, equipped with a fridge, coffee machine, kettle and safe. Parking is available for €20 per night. Everything was flawless, no complaints at all.
