The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was decent but the furniture was very bad the wardrobe door was off desk and furniture was peeling / falling apart the value was what you pay for I guess but the room needs much maintenance

The location. Everything else is awful. This place is terrible; I’ve been to Phuket more than five times and this is the worst place to sleep.

I didn’t mind that the hotel wasn’t right on the beach, but its central location in the city and near the shops was convenient. The laundry service, which cost a small fee, did a very good job, and the staff cleaned my room every day. The bed and air‑conditioning were satisfactory. However, I was on the 4th floor and there was no elevator, which I didn’t expect given the building’s height. The reception was inside a small shop with a few scooters, and I would have preferred it closer to the beach—at least a 10‑minute walk. The bathroom wasn’t great; I had to ask for a towel even though they said they had one. The wardrobe was also inadequate; a single shelf was missing. They also claimed to have a beach towel, but only gave me a metal item that could hold two clothes without actually supporting them. The view was of the mountains and a huge pile of trash.
