The airport is a short walk away, which I liked. Unfortunately the coffee machine didn’t work and the traffic noise from the road made it hard to sleep.

“Pessima”

I’ve stayed here three times and this was the last; the transfer service no longer exists except for a limited schedule that doesn’t work for most guests, and they only inform you on the day of arrival that there’s no transfer available. Cleaning was terrible: we were assigned to a previously dirty apartment, and the shared bathroom was moldy and leaky. If you choose this place for the transfer and price, it’s not worth it—I had to pay for Uber both ways because no transfer matched my arrival or departure times. It’s better to pay a bit more for a better hotel.

My husband and I liked the room overall; it was small but well organized and the bed was comfortable, and the suite’s bathroom was very clean and tidy. We felt safe thanks to the staff and the environment, and the breakfast was delicious. The free airport transfer to Guarulhos was also a big plus. Thank you very much!

The location was great. The room felt small and I didn’t get coffee because of the connection, yet I was still charged for it. A proportional fee for those who don’t take coffee would have helped.
