The breakfast was great if you wait a bit later in the morning, and the staff were super friendly. Some parts of the house are still being worked on, but it’s sturdy, clean, and getting modernized. Hair dryers were listed but still on order, so one of us with longer hair would have brought her own if we’d known. The shower is lovely and new, but it could use a rack with a shelf for shampoo and the like. I had to send a message through Bookings.com to get pre‑visit questions answered; phone calls went unanswered because they weren’t there on weekdays, and email and FB messages were also ignored, probably by mistake.
