The staff were very accommodating, the breakfast area was very nice and the food was good.

The staff were the friendliest we’ve ever encountered anywhere! The breakfast was great, and we appreciated the complimentary lemon ice water in the lobby—a nice touch. My only gripe was that the door to our room squeaked every time it opened or closed; you might try some W‑D 40.

We love this hotel because it's halfway between my parents in TN and me in WI, and we've met here several times. The manager is absolutely amazing, though some new staff weren't great; I had to keep asking for toilet paper and for trash to be taken out. They never cleaned, which we learned was a Covid policy, and we’ll ask about it next time. It would have been nice to have new toilet paper and trash removed each day.
