The coffee and the start‑up vibe were great, but the coffee was only available up to 10 am for pickup after we checked out.
Most of the guests and residents are friendly and helpful, but the back door of South East Room 101 is a real hassle—rarely opens, and the front desk seems indifferent. I met an “admin supervisor” on 8‑26‑2024 at 10:05 am, told her about the door, and she asked me to submit a maintenance request, even though she wasn’t on duty after 4:00 pm that day; she was walking the halls instead. There was also a lot of cannabis drifting through the hallways, which is supposed to be a smoke‑free environment.
