The location was superb, and getting to the Riad was easy. Breakfast was fresh and personal, the staff were extremely warm, helpful and welcoming, and the rooms were authentic and clean. The garden area (lobby) was peaceful and stunning. It is run by a Moroccan family whose grandparents actually lived there; the father is present and his son and daughter manage the shifts. They happily offered advice and tips on what to do and where to go, arranged a taxi airport drop‑off that was priced fairly, and the Hammam and Massage service inside the hotel was clean, decent and convenient. I was truly happy that I chose this Riad and it will be my go‑to stay whenever I’m in Marrakech. There was nothing negative.

The staff were very nice, the breakfasts were good, and the Riad is very pretty with a nice garden where breakfast is served. The Riad is in a great spot, in the medina center, and they cleaned every day. The Riad was very pretty, everything was fine.
