Being in the city center near shops and restaurants, the sheets were comfy, the place was clean and the Wi‑Fi was easy to access, but the Wi‑Fi kept dropping and breakfast was not varied enough or in sufficient quantity. The corridors smelled of tobacco and we could hear everything through the walls—TVs and other guests snoring.

The spot was convenient, but the facilities were poor and there was constant noise in our room all night—something that had supposedly been fixed on Friday evening but started right when we arrived and never stopped. We were offered no breakfast as compensation, just a vague “I did what I could and it worked before I left on Friday, and I wasn’t working on Saturday.” If the issue was known, why not give us another room? The hotel seemed far from full at the time.
