The room was clean, organized, had air conditioning, a normal shower and toilet. Room 4 is not for you—it has a sliding door without a window or door and faces the stairs and the pool. The pool is a kids’ pool. All rooms that talk about a pool view are misleading; a sea view is worth it.

If you want a calm stay with the beach right in front of you, this is the place—waking up to the sound of waves and having all the little shops and restaurants nearby is a big plus. We booked the suite with open sliding doors onto a small terrace on the beach; the room is very spacious, has A/C and its own jacuzzi. The family‑run business gave us a cozy vibe, especially with kids playing in the reception area. The place looks a bit outdated, but the owner mentioned they will renovate soon.

The pop bar is unbeatable—friendly, easy to get around, and the spot is the best in Chaloklum.

The location right in the center of Chaloklum, the staff very kind, a jacuzzi bathtub in the room top, comfortable room, pool, possibility to go up to the floor with a magnificent view of the bay. With a scooter we can stroll very easily around the surroundings and nearby beach. The TV decoder didn’t work but it wasn’t a bother because we weren’t there to watch TV, we didn’t even mention it to our host.
